Personal information that is supplied to RiverOak in connection with its Development Consent Order application and proposals will be treated confidentially and processed and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR 2018.  The information may be disclosed to or shared with RiverOak connected companies, agents, contractors and advisors who provide services to RiverOak in connection with the Development Consent Order application.
