RSP is delighted that, after two days of hearings at the High Court and several months of deliberation, Mr Justice Dove has dismissed the application to quash the Government’s approval for the Manston Airport Development Consent Order.
This is a highly significant and positive development towards our aim of turning Manston into a state of-the-art air freight hub underway and working to support the long-term economic development of East Kent.
